As its name suggests, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 only applies to business-to-consumer contracts (although in certain circumstances a business may be classed as a consumer). The Act applies to all terms in a consumer contract and the contract does not have to be verbally agreed. 

Particularly onerous terms must be made more prominent than other terms.
